Dr. Bill Flora
Principal Dentist
After graduating from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1992, Dr. Bill Flora returned to his roots in Elkhart with one goal in mind: He would create a dental practice that would make a difference in this community. He soon realized that one of the biggest elements missing in health care was the personal touch, so he vowed to build his practice on the four C’s; comfort, care, concern and compassion.
Continuing education is also a commitment Dr. Bill Flora makes to his patients. He regularly attends courses that enrich his procedures, his practice, and his professionalism.

Dr. Loren Nelson
Dr. Nelson has known she wanted to become a dentist since the 5 th grade when she realized something as simple as a smile could make the difference in someone’s entire day. After 22 years of school she is thrilled to move back to her hometown to provide dental services for a community that has given her so much over the years.
Dr. (Sellers) Nelson was born and raised in Elkhart, IN. She graduated from Elkhart Memorial High School in 2006, received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN, in 2010 and went on to receive her Master’s in Biology from Indiana University, Purdue University-Indianapolis.
Dr. Nelson attended and graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in May 2017. While at IUSD, Dr. Nelson was elected Vice President of her class and served as Treasurer of the Student Professionalism and Ethics Association. She received the Dr. Angela Hazlewood Murat Memorial Scholarship as well as the Eleanor J. Bushee Senior Student Award for Outstanding Leadership and Academic Excellence.
In her free time, Dr. Nelson enjoys spending time with her husband Matt, daughter Annie, and their Bengal cat, Natty. She also enjoys volunteering in the community, spending time with her family, playing volleyball, reading, and doing lake activities like paddle boarding and kayaking.
Dr. Nelson is excited to join Dr. Flora and his excellent staff at Greenleaf Family Dentistry! She hopes to provide patients with a fun, positive dental experience and treat every patient as if they were part of her family. Dr. Nelson is incredibly excited to meet new patients and provide high quality, comprehensive care to help patients achieve a healthy smile they can be proud of!

Care Coordinator
About Vicky
I have been working for Dr. Flora since 1996 as a Care Coordinator. In that position I handle insurance and scheduling appointments, but my favorite part is getting to know the patients on a personal level and making them feel welcome. I was born and raised in Grafton, West Virginia as well as my husband David. We have been married for over 30 years and have a son and a daughter. Our daughter is married and they have three girls and a boy who are the love of my life. I am very much a homebody and family is everything to me.

About Laura
I have worked for Dr. Flora as a Care Coordinator since 2000. I enjoy getting to know our patients by helping to schedule appointments or assisting with insurance questions. As lifelong residents of the Elkhart area, my husband of over 20 years, Don, and I both graduated from Elkhart Central High School. I have 4 beautiful daughters and 3 grandchildren that I love spending time with. As a family we are active in 4-H.

About Noelle
Noelle has been a member of the Greenleaf Family Dentistry Team for four years. She has been a Goshen native since 1993, graduating from Goshen High School in 1995. She has an associate degree in dental hygiene from Indiana University South Bend and has been a dental hygienist since 2004. She enjoys working with patients and getting to know them. She enjoys spending time with her 16 year old daughter, her boyfriend Jacob and the critters, a boxer named Sebastian and a cat named Moo Moo. We love to spend time outside on bikes or kayaks.

I was born and raised in Osceola and graduated from Penn High School in 1994. I started my first job as a Dental Assistant on my 19th birthday in January 1995. I have worked with Dr. Flora at Greenleaf Family Dentistry for over 20 years. Between my husband and I, we have six kids and a bulldog named Uga.

Hi! My name is Vicky. I have been working in the dental field as an assistant for the last 15 years. I love meeting new people and helping them achieve their dental goals in a safe and caring environment. When I’m not in the office I enjoy spending time with my husband, Sean, and two children, Brynn and Easton. We enjoy going to the beach, gardening, and attending sporting events. I truly look forward to seeing you and am proud to be a member of Greenleaf Family Dentistry.

In my free time, I love to cook, be on the lake doing water activities, spend time with my husband, Layne and our beagles Ferris and Sloane, as well as spend time with family and friends. I also like to watch college football and am an Alabama fan. Roll tide!

Kara enjoys volunteering and serving in the community. When she is not cleaning teeth, she enjoys filling in as a substitute teacher in her children’s school.
